In-person training is something that the founders of AG Nova have been praviding for years. With experience in Academic, Management, and Cross-Cultural training we and our associates provide engaging, informative, and effective learning results for your staff.
THE FLIPPED TRAINING ROOM
While AG Nova provides excellence in online and in-person training, the area in which we can provide unique and especially effective service is in providing a flipped classroom experience.
Utilizing our proprietary training platform and excellent training skills, we can provide the best of both worlds. The information-heavy input can be done on the participant's own time online, and interactive and personalized activities can be done in the in-person sessions, making the most of both methods.

Training and study are important, but one instance of exposure rarely creates lasting change.
AG Nova prides itself on providing companion and bespoke follow up materials and procedures. We can provide small guides for implementation for group leaders, or provide ongoing implementation consulting for a mult-month period.
